I've actually seen an idea like this before, but it was heaps better.
You had a username and password, which you entered in with your usual keyboard/whatever. Then you had a 'security code' (or something of sorts) you'd enter with an onscreen keyboard where the certain letters jumped position every time you entered another character.
That doesn't justify this though... >_>
